Needs a lot of expansion
[edit]What about the additional strength, and methods to achieve this? The additional safety standards? When I clicked on this I was expecting to read more than just "they go up and down and are in cars" kind of thing.
Can we have information about the older toughened windshield glasses and the newer laminated composites? How does the glass used for side windows differ from windshield glass? I too was expecting to find more than the "up and down" statement!
It would also be good to have, or at least link to, a section covering bullet proof and resistant glass, manufacturing processes, specifications, and the process of upgrading standard cars. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.106.141.180 (talk) 10:41, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
