English origin?

Vaughan is an anglicisation of the Welsh 'fechan' meaning small. Williams is found widely but is perhaps most commonly associated with Wales. To describe the surname then as being of English origin is to only tell a part of the story! cheers Geopersona (talk) 06:49, 10 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
