Vatican internal investigation

[edit]

Since this invesigation has presumably been concluded, now that Gabriele has been convicted, this section really should be reworded from the present tense to the past tense. Dick Kimball (talk) 19:33, 9 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bad puns

Where does the phrase 'the butler did it' come from? 93.97.45.17 (talk) 08:46, 10 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Resignation

[edit]

And today, Pope Benedict resigns. First time a Pope has done this since 1294. One wonders if there is a connection to the Vatileaks scandal. W. B. Wilson (talk) 17:20, 11 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The last pope to resign was in 1415. :p--Ollyoxenfree (talk) 21:48, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Page name

[edit]

Hey everyone, I was wondering what the general opinion would be on a change of this page name. While "Vatileaks" was certainly used, it seems from looking through coverage that it was probably not the definitive most common name, and that a name like "Vatican leaks scandal" was more commonly used and would be more descriptive and less informal. Vatileaks 2?

[edit]

There is a second Vatican leaks scandal 1. Should it be included in this article or should it have its own article? Thinker78 (talk) 01:41, 28 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Person's name not clear

[edit]

In the below sentence, it is not clear who Allen is.

According to Allen, none of the information leaked seemed "especially fatal".

Refer to the source at the end of the line (no. 4). Editrite! (talk) 21:51, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Continuity

[edit]

The second paragraph of the lead starts with "Over following months", however, the first paragraph of the lead does ot include any time indicator, making these words meaningless. This should be fixed. Debresser (talk) 23:43, 13 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
