Overall: This nom looks very good. The article is new, meets length requirements and seems well sourced. Both hooks are cited and interesting, but I have a slight preference for ALT0. The pic is free, in the article and very eye-catching. No copyvio and it looks like the nominator only has 1 dyk credit so qpq isn't necessary.
