Should there be a link to Victor Valley College on this page? Shouldn't there be a disambiguation page?

tidied up

Putting the Victor Valley College link in the 'See also' section seemed a bit messy. I've created a proper Variable Valve Control article and copied all the information into there. VVC now lists the two possibilities although it may be tidier still to make VVC actually forward to VVC [disambiguation].
