[edit]Is VSLN (Teleglobe) really a tier1 ISP? If so this is in contrary to the list/article here... http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Tier_1_carrier#List_of_Tier_1_IPv4_ISPs Cogent gets in crap for this sorta mix up, so this should probably be clarified too :)
