[edit]V Sambasivan is a famous performer of the common performing art "Kathaprasangam". Many of his albums are very popular in Kerala, India. Its a dying art and only few performers are performing it now. I will add a page about "Kathaprasangam" later.

- I'm afraid i'll need some references to establish that; see WP:BIO for guidelines on notability. Do you have any newspaper links or whatnot that show he is important? Ironholds 20:57, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
I am giving below some newspaper links that could get. His prime time was in 80s and 90s when internet news media was not so popular in India.
These links are news about the award in name of V Sambasivan to the Kathaprasangam performer of the year.
