There have been some excellent dress historical publications concerning the Utility Clothing Scheme, its chronology, and governmental interventions, which I would love to incorporate into this article! While addressing overall content of the article, and therefore making it the best it can be, this would also contribute to WikiProject Military History, WikiProject Fashion, and WikiProject United Kingdom to which the article is listed as ‘of interest’ to.
