Report by the leading national stormwater experts in the US

Hi, Moreau1 About this: This National Research Council report was conducted by the leading national stormwater experts in the US and is the most significant report on the overall impacts of runoff pollution in the US. I can add some more about the study and its findings. Also can convert the text to regular paragraph(s).). I think converting to prose is better (and shortening?). But overall, I generally feel that many of our wastewater/urban/pollution articles are very US-centric in nature. So please think about whether a long quote and content about one particular country is warranted or if it couldn't be shortened and some "global" content and references be added instead.
