Fair use rationale for Image:Urban Legendz.jpg
[edit]Image:Urban Legendz.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Release Date
[edit]Anonymous user 98.215.198.113 has changed the release date to Feb. 24th with support of AllMusic, Billboard and Amazon as a source. I stand by the March 23rd release date however. Just a note, but Billboard pulls their release information for albums from AllMusic, thus those two are essentially the same source. However, a far better source on this matter would be the artists themselves, in my opinion. It doesn't seem uncommon for AllMusic to have inaccurate information on artists, especially lesser known ones such as this group. So I ask you to take a look at a snapshot of their official site via the Way Back Machine. (SkatterandSnug.com Snapshot) If you enter and then proceed to the "Urban News" section, you will find news releases on 02-06-2004, 03-10-2004 and 03-22-2004 supporting the 03-23-2004 release date. The 02-06-2004 news entry indicates that the album was originally scheduled for a 02-24-2004 release, but got pushed back. Thus, AllMusic and these others sources probably entered the original scheduled release date, and didn't update to account for the push. Again, doesn't seem too uncommon with artists who aren't on the level of a Britney Spears, Eminem, or Linkin Park. - Mizery Made (talk) 18:06, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
