Updated trustees section

Hello-- I'm an Urban Institute employee, and I just updated the board of trustees section to reflect the current roster. Hope that's okay. 192.188.252.112 (talk) 21:15, 12 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Response

[edit]

Hello. Wikipedia is supposed to be developed from sources which are not written by the subject of the article. Has anyone who has not been paid by the Urban Institute ever written about this organization? By Wikipedia reliable source and verification policies, information in this article which is backed by citations written by the organization itself is presumed to be excessive and promotional, unless some third party has found it interesting enough to put in print themselves. There is some room to bend but usually that happens after collecting and presenting third party sources. Has this organization ever been featured as the subject of any journalism or publication? Liberal yes, undue patient

[edit]
  • Dear IP editor, it will take time to collect the mountain of references that refer to UI as liberal. And Undue is only because I haven't had time to put shtuff in the body. Do please chillax and permit reality to be entered on this page. Tks. • ServiceableVillain 21:05, 5 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
