Contested deletion

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it is about one of the oldest existing magazines in Poland. I don't understand "speedy deletion" in 5 seconds after submitting article and during the time author is doing updates of more information to the article. I have found for example "Urania" - Italian magazine - should it be also speedy deleted? --Czart3 (talk) 23:11, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
