- Remove: Upstart Hildings, Inc.
- Replace with: Upstart Holdings, Inc.
- Explanation of issue: Misspelled "Holdings"
Information needed to be updated:
- Update body text, second sentence in fourth paragraph to: This means that in addition to traditional underwriting criteria—FICO score, credit report, and income—the Upstart underwriting considers education variables and work history to develop a statistical model of the borrower's financial capacity and personal propensity to repay.
- Explanation of issue: Remove "—colleges attended, area of study, GPA, and standardized test scores—"
A new section still need to be added to this article in regards to recent news about Initial Public Offering (IPO).

- Add: In November 2020, Upstart publicly filed for an IPO with the SEC. The offering took place in December 2020, under the NASDAQ ticker UPST. The stock ended the first trading day up 47%, valuing the company at $2.2bn.
