Trump promotion

Abtract: aren't Trump promotion and Uppercut two distinct (quite related, but still distinct) things -- at least that's how I know them in this corner of the world? Uppercut is IMO very appropriate and descriptive name for this particular technique; it is a type of trump promotion indeed, but "promotion" is usually used only in the other sense.
