Not an early convention

A phrase in this article, deleted today, claims that the UNT is one of the earliest conventions devised in bridge. In fact, Stayman was devised in the early 1930s, as was Blackwood, the GSF and Gerber. The Lightner slam double came along in 1929, along with the strong 2 club opening , and the takeout double goes back at least to 1912. One club forcing and artificial was used in auction bridge and Harold Vanderbilt build the Vanderbilt Club on it in the 1920s.
