Shouldn't we construe the naturae part of this phrase as genitive ('of nature'), so that the phrase means 'wild beasts of nature'?
Changed owner to maintainer/owner
[edit]Changed the owner to maintainer/owner it being so that not all land property is owned, and time-frame limitations state that no such property can ever be owned.
