notes

[edit]

I stumble upon this article that had been deleted. I took the old article and edit down to a basic stub. That gives it location who runs it and the number of degress it gives. Appartently in the past someone from the school wrote it and it someone else believed it was an ad and deleted. To me it seems like a better idea to take what was written and edit down to a stub (with basic factual info). That way at least there is something as opposed to nothing with several links . I am in no way connected to the school. As a general rule I would rather see people "fix" something that they feel is an ad as oppose to just tagging it Smith03 21:26, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, "advertising" and "spam" is sometimes thrown a little too loosely around here. The fact that this one was listed as advertising, however, is just a wee bizarre. Smashville 22:00, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Copyedit

[edit]

I moved the "external links" to the bottom (am considering removing completely at this point because it does not appear to be helpful). Also removed the redundant "references" section at the top. This article needs a lot more copyedit, for someone who specializes in that. I tagged for Kansas, Universities, and Kansas City projects as well and hope that attracts the right editors for the tasks.--Paul McDonald (talk) 15:38, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
