[edit]this article was clearly written by band members trying to put their names into the article. I am in the process of narrowing down what should and shouldn't be in there. I understand I might make too many cuts, so feel free to add back in some stuff. Names of people besides that band director (and the award name) should not be included. Also this articles needs citations like crazy. Superbowlbound (talk) 00:10, 13 December 2009 (UTC)
Well, the 'editing' removed much of the coherence.... Sometimes the cure's worse than the illness. I'm just sayin... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.58.117.126 (talk) 01:28, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
- Actually, you have to be careful the article isn't nominated for deletion due to the lack of citations, which raises the possibility of the article violating wikipedia principles of WP:VERIFY, WP:NPOV, WP:Vandalism, WP:COI, WP:LIVE, and WP:NOR. Sticking unreferenced names into an article can come off as violating any of those policies and guidelines, which actually, very much supersedes article cohesiveness and style. If you have any on-line or off-line references, please add them, because the drumline does deserve to have an article. CrazyPaco (talk) 20:13, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
