[edit]I have a DD Form 2765. I am 100% Total and Permanently Disabled. I was told that I can fly Space A by obtaining a DD Form 2. Am I correct? If so how do I obtain such a card?
DD Form 1173
[edit]The DD Form 2 (Retired), blue color, is issued to retirees, not any version of the DD 1173.
