Recent federal bench recommendations

Anyone know what these "vacancies" are? I was under the impression that the Chief Justice of the SDOT wanted to leave Judge Kent's former seat in the Galveston Division open so that judges could be appointed to the border region instead. -- nsaum75 ^{!Dígame¡‎} 15:15, 21 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
