Moved parapsychology out of History as the section was but a minor part/sideline of the history. Removed sentence regarding other nations attempting such research. Retitled it as Research in that parapsychology methods never did, at least according to this unresourced info, become methods which INSCOM actually used.--S. Rich 16:22, 27 April 2010 (UTC)
