Are the stamps listed in this article only available for use in England, Scotland, and Wales, and not Northern Ireland? -- DeFacto (talk). 18:38, 2 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No. As the United Kingdom includes Northern Ireland, all UK stamps are valid for use there. Headhitter (talk) 18:41, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Headhitter, at the time I asked that question (more than 2 years ago) the article name was "Great Britain commemorative stamps 2020–2029" (Great Britain does not include NI). As there had been no reply after more than 2 months, I started a thread on WP:STAMPS, and after 3 months decided to move it to its current name. -- DeFacto (talk). 19:09, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Well done, DeFacto. I see though that Postage stamps and postal history of Great Britain remains unchanged. I tried to rename it just now but wasn't allowed to do so. Best wishes Headhitter (talk) 19:38, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Headhitter, thanks. You could try adding the Postage stamps and postal history of Great Britain one to WP:RM#T. -- DeFacto (talk). 20:28, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@DeFacto, a good suggestion; thanks. I've now done so. Headhitter (talk) 21:15, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@DeFacto: wow – that request was implemented very quickly indeed. Headhitter (talk) 21:36, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Headhitter, well done! -- DeFacto (talk). 21:50, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Why the change? Stanley Gibbons refers to “Great Britain”, not the “United kingdom”. 86.17.240.101 (talk) 09:53, 7 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
