Under Construction:
At present there is a deal of original research based directly from the releases by Snowden, very few sources exist. Quite a lot of guesswork in the sources that do exist. --Paulmd199 (talk) 04:09, 18 August 2013 (UTC)

Age of screen captures
[edit]The one showing the foreignness factors could be from as early as 2001, as that was the initial release of ie6. Ie7 first appeared in 2006, but ie6 continued to be a popular browser for many years thereafter. The other from the "what to say to our overseers" pdf has a definite date in 2007. It is entirely possible that the captures were taken from different versions of the tool, but the possibility that they are the from the same version is not excluded. However, in either case, it is probable that the captures are both over 5 years old. The privacy violation report shows references to the UTT in 2012, (pg12) indicating it was still active in that year. --Paulmd199 (talk) 02:46, 20 August 2013 (UTC)
