Umphang Thi Lo Su WaterfallThi Lo Su Waterfall – The waterfall's name is just 'Thi Lo Su' (ทีลอซู). "Umphang" is the district where the waterfall is. The waterfall has never been called 'Umphang Thi Lo Su'. The original author may be confused, as the website he cited says "Umpang & Tee Lor Su Waterfall". Access restrictions by road

Access by road was normally permitted to suitable vehicles from November to May. (usually only 4x4 or high ground clearance could make the trip) However now private vehicles are no longer permitted to drive the 20 km track to access the camping facilities near the waterfall. All transport must be taken by the local transport collective. - effectively this is a monopoly
