[edit]Lead: Maybe rephrase the first sentence since IBRD+ is part of the World Bank. Say the actual year instead of recently since the page probably won't be updated. Otherwise great, informative background.
Structure: Add embedded links to other wiki articles, it seems like your article just links to sources. Love how its split up and the active world bank project section. However, maybe link education problems and world bank solutions a bit more
Balanced coverage: Language is objective except for the worse transition word in the Development Emphasis section.
Neutral Content: Your neutrality is great. You just say projects and issues, you don’t evaluate them.
Sources: You need 2 more sources. Also make sure to include a reference heading
