Flawless line oof argument

[edit]

It must be noted that the line of argument in his books is virtually flawless. This is even admitted by his persecutors. 41.242.137.29 09:08, 9 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Logic has nothing to do with truth, moron. 200.142.114.24 (talk) 16:02, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Really? I wonder how you find out something is true or not. Just belief I guess. --41.151.36.128 (talk) 20:28, 4 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It should be noted that one can put forth a logically sound argument and still come to an incorrect conclusion. 68.46.42.9 (talk) 19:16, 10 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Works

[edit]

We'd need a section on his works. and translations. --41.151.36.128 (talk) 20:30, 4 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bad News

[edit]

Unfortunately, Udo Walendy has died recently. Of course we need to find a decent article that can be quote for this. 105.226.176.123 (talk) 13:33, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Business Ban?

[edit]

Was he really banned from owning a business, merely for asking a question in public? This does not sound like something that would happen in a free democracy. 79.106.203.109 (talk) 09:37, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Holocaust denial is illegal in Germany, and this man was convicted of doing so. Criminal convictions often result in the loss of the right to operate a business- Donald Trump could lose his legal ability to operate a business in New York State after a civil trial. 331dot (talk) 09:39, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It does not say he denied the Holocaust. But so what if he did? Who cares? That's his right to do so. But it says he just questioned it. You can be religious and have a business. A Flat-Earther. You can commit murder and still own a business. 79.106.203.109 (talk) 09:51, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That's his right to do so. Not in Germany it isn't. You can conclude that from what 331dot wrote above (but see also Legality of Holocaust denial). Maybe you should start listening to what people say instead of living in your own world. --Hob Gadling (talk) 11:18, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Do you want to be permanently banned? This is your only warning. 79.106.203.109 (talk) 13:25, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No one here is being "permanently banned"(I think you mean blocked, a ban is something entirely different).
Germany (and other countries) have made Holocaust denial illegal. You are free to disagree with that, but this isn't the forum to debate it. 331dot (talk) 18:18, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
