Allegations of fraud and forgery

This concern was raised in an OTRS ticket: The "Allegations of fraud and forgery" section appears to have been added by an anon here. It claims that the PMO urged the Finance Ministry "to take action against Uday Kotak" and others for alleged "conspiracy, fraud and forgery". However, the cited source elaborates that the Ministry was asked to take action into the allegations against Kotak, not against Kotak. See this subsequent news report. Considering this allegation came from a single businessperson, and so far, there has been no update on this, it's best to remove this bit per WP:BLP and WP:UNDUE.
