Referencing

[edit]

Sadly, putting "This article incorporates text from the public domain Dictionary of American Naval Fighting Ships" at the foot of the article does not meet the standard of "It is suitably referenced, and all major points have appropriate inline citations", which is Wikipedia's minimum requirement. Can I encourage any editor to use this source, and others if appropriate, and insert appropriate inline citations. As a broad rule, one reference at the end of each paragraph, which fully covers any facts in that paragraph, is an acceptable minimum. Gog the Mild (talk) 01:31, 16 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

time onboard

[edit]

I went on the Virgo in may of 1955 until august 1957 during the entire time; the VIRGO ONLY CARRIED AMMO and I BELIVE NUCLEAR MATERIAL. I am trying to locate others of the Operation and Engineering Divisions, yet I would love to hear from any one of the crew — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.45.112.80 (talk) 19:43, 11 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
