this is a truly great article. one question, though; why are so many historical details for the sinking of the USS Maine and its aftermath located here? it seems to me that the article should be renamed "Sinking of USS MAine and aftermath," or something similar? Because the creation of the memorial doesn't make sense without discussing the fielf of the dead who're buried there. And since that was a highly complex process, it was discussed. I agree, the article is long, and perhaps needs to be broken in two. Go do it; be bold! :) - Tim1965 (talk) 16:02, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
