Looking for the oldman Seaman Malcom Butler /McCormack
[edit]Hi all I am from Australia and have been looking for my father who was a creww member of the Corpus Christi PF44 based in Fremantle Western Australa. I was born on the 18/06/1945 whislt dad was in WA I have seen a photo of him when i was about 14 however they were destroyed I read the letter dad sent to mum telling her to travel to Pearl Harbour to meet up with him but we never went. My mothers name was Elizabeth Simmons at the time she was 26 years old I am now 64 and have a bus load of Grandchildren and 8 greatgrand children. Some information on the crew would be terrific and photos would give me some history on my fathers side. A retired employee from the Washington Post wrote an article about the ship he I believe was onboard when it sailed for Fremantle if anyone can help me out it would be fantasticDavid Simmons7 (talk) 11:40, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
