This organization is notable.
- Largest organization of its kind.
- Works in conjunction with other wikipedia-listed entities (Minnesota State High School League).
- Recognized and sanctioned by over 400 high-schools (Many of which are themselves listed on Wikipedia).
- Almost 10,000 individual athletes represented.
- •Holds the worlds largest youth shooting event. This event may also be the world's largest.

With respect, while the USA High School Clay Target League is much smaller, is no different than any other Amateur Athletic Organization such as the NCAA, Amateur Trapshooting Association, or any other non-profit organization (athletic, NGO/charity, or otherwise).
