- I don't think so. If that were so, the AfD discussion would have been closed as a redirect. Take a look at the Wikipedia:Merging page for guidance on what someone (you, me, someone else) is supposed to do.--Bbb23 (talk) 22:42, 2 January 2012 (UTC)
- According to Wikipedia:Merging, once a merge is completed, the article that has been merged becomes a redirect to the section in the destination article. I do think I may have made a few mistakes in the process of implementing the redirect, though. If I've made a mess, I apologise. — Life in General Talk/Stalk 07:08, 3 January 2012 (UTC)
