Potential Wales ban

I found article from July 1976 claiming that Wales was to be excluded from Euro 1980 as punishment for crowd trouble in Euro 1976 qf. Obviously this decision was revoked before the qualifying draw was made. Anyone knows more about that? 109.173.211.121 (talk) 15:11, 24 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
