[edit]The general meaning of "sports league for players age 19 or under" has no page of its own to link to. Neither does the corresponding sense of "U16", where I've just set up an anchor on the relevant line of the DAB page. But this case is more complex because there is a page for a specific subcase of the sense; see the diff for the edit to U16.
