Conversion of Exit Table to {{Jctexit}}?

[edit]

For the sake of future edits, I propose the conversion of the exit list table to the uniform {{jctexit}} template. Additionally, TxDOT officially has the southern terminus of US75 at the Spur 366 interchange. Pderry (talk) 06:29, 25 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That is certainly true; however, Interstate 345 connecting I-45 to US 75 is an unsigned Interstate and retains US 75 route markers. Fortguy (talk) 04:05, 26 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
However, the US75 markers are only on the northbound lanes of Interstate 345. Southbound lanes of Interstate 345 has Interstate 45 markers. I can't say why TxDOT did that, other than to try to minimize confusion when transitioning between US75 and I-45. Tkirton (talk) 17:19, 26 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Merger

[edit]

Central Expressway (Dallas) should redirect to this article. As it's written, it appears that this article can cover the Central Expressway while US 175 and SH 310 can get a mention of the South Central if they haven't already. –Fredddie 23:39, 20 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose as either referenced historical information will be lost in the merger or WP:UNDUE weight will be given to the Dallas-to-Oklahoma segment that constitutes the current highway, problematic given the longer history of the much-linger road. - Dravecky (talk) 07:47, 21 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose - Using that same logic, President George Bush Turnpike should be split between Texas State Highway 161 and Texas State Highway 190. NThomas (talk) 00:25, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose, as the historical information should still be kept. However, delete the exit list off Central Expressway (Dallas), as that certainly is more relevant to U.S. Route 75 in Texas, and instead perhaps introduce a section there that says Main Article: etc.? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.90.167.61 (talk) 08:54, 29 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Mileposts

[edit]

Does anybody know why there are mileposts along the highway throughout Collin County? What's even more interesting is that they begin at mile 256, then go in descending order from there. Can somebody find on something on this? It could be helpful to the article.
