Fair use rationale for Image:US Marshals.jpg

Image:US Marshals.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Inaccuracies Section

I searched but could not find a WP policy that corroborates Tony Sidaway's rational for deleting the Inaccuracies section "We don't do inaccuracies and bloopers sections. It's a work of fiction."
I found WP:TRIV, and even that says "This guideline does not suggest removing trivia sections, or moving them to the talk page. If information is otherwise suitable, it is better that it be poorly presented than not presented at all. "
I don't think that a section on inaccuracies in a film necessarily qualifies as a trivia section. If a film depicts a historical event, and there are historical inaccuracies, it seems to me these would be worth mentioning in an article on the film. If a movie portrays US Marshals, and makes a glaringly inaccurate portrayal of US Marshal policy, I think there is a case to be made for a section that is limited to just these inaccuracies on US Marshal policy, as long as it is kept in reign. Still, if there is a specific policy against inaccuracies sections in film articles that I'm not aware of, so be it, so I'll consider this a temporary revert until a wikipedia policy is cited. Per WP:MOSFILMS, we do not report on inaccuracies or other such similar information. The only reason we would ever do that is if the film is notable for those very things. You can take your pick from either the section about Adaptations (which refers to including mere lists of errors/changes) or the trivia section. The reason we do not keep such lists is because they first take a level of original research just to compile, and secondly it's placing undue weight on a piece of information that apparently wasn't that controversial for the film anyway.  BIGNOLE  (Contact me) 04:22, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
