Scale - what compass directions do the axes correspond to?
[edit]As I post this, the first sentence in the section Scale reads "The scale of the model is 1:1000 on the horizontal axis and 1:100 on the vertical axis." Is the horizontal axis north-south, west-east, the longest line that can be drawn in San Francisco bay, perpendicular to longest line that can be drawn in San Francisco bay, or something else? --Rob Kelk 15:40, 13 October 2019 (UTC)
