There's an argument to be made for Tyler Mitchell (photographer) to be the primary linked page for the name. 90 pageviews a day over the past three months versus Tyler Mitchell's 5. You're right: the musician is definitely not the primary topic here. Some move is definitely warranted: either of the photographer or of the dab page to the primary title.
