"KSL Sports" reported Williams signed with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent on April 25, 2020. As of today (May 18), the Ravens have yet to announced his signing (per [1]) and the roster is now at the limit of 90 players. It is likely that either they agreed to terms with one too many players during the UDFA frenzy, or they are waiting for Williams to be able to take a physical at the team facilities since he tore his ACL last year.
