Picture
[edit]Why is there a picture of a turtle on the page? The article is certainly related to turtles, but it seems out of place as the first picture shown. Perhaps a switch of the two images are in order. Blumin (talk) 06:45, 25 July 2011 (UTC)

TTED

Louisiana does not enforce TEDS
