What does it do?
[edit]Okay, but what does it do? Does it force banks to give them more time on their loans? Lower their interest rates? Waive debt?--Prosfilaes (talk) 13:17, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
- I think the assigned mediator helps them work with their lenders to lower interest rates or eliminate portions of the debt altogether but I'm not completely sure. I just expanded it from whatever I could find based on the original authors starter article. Hopefully someone can fill this out some more. <>Multi‑Xfer<> (talk) 07:48, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
