This article is completely biased. Omitting all many homicides that led this guerrilla group, acted in many terrorist acts in the form of shooting people in cold blood, in the past. Nowadays the Tupamaros that "guard" the neighborhoods, they do it in the way of charging a high tribute to each of the businesses that are inside the neighbourhood, if they do not pay 'immediately' thugs every week rob you until you pay. Tupamaros are explicitily ghetto gangstas that are funded by the government, and are a force more for the executive power. Here in this article only reported small details inflating.
