Appealing to the European court - period allowed for appeal?[edit]
The used ref https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/dec/16/donald-trump-loses-appeal-windfarms-scottish-golf-course also says "The Trump Organisation said it was considering appealing to the European court. Their lawyers had appealed on two grounds: that Scottish ministers had no power to grant consent to the windfarm application, and that there was a problem with the design application."
Does anyone know about the period allowed for appeal for such a case? It would be good to know, so we can add that they said the above but the period allowed for appeal is now over, or such info... Rava77 (talk) 14:04, 14 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
