Usefulness

Im worried about whether this article is useful or notable at the moment. With this amount of content it's not extremely helpful or even notable {In the conventional sense). However the notability of this article is also questionable, Ive done some searching on external sources and this doesnt appear to be of purpose. I would encourage an editor who knows more about this topic to try to add some content, such as more description, that would make this page helpful or at least useful.
