Todo[edit]

  • Link miles and km in the lead and first paragraph
  • Link wind shear in the first paragraph
  • "degenerated into a remnant on October 13." Missing word and link needed for remnant low.
  • "occurred while the storm was located to the south, and later to the southwest, of the Cape Verde Islands." Maybe just saying as it passed to the south of the Cape Verde Islands would be better
  • Just as a note, you use Convection in four consecutive sentences near the end of the first body paragraph
  • "The remnant low moved towards the east-southeast, and on October 15 it was absorbed into the remnants of Tropical Storm Norman (2006);" Err...I don't really need to say what's wrong with this one right?

Done with most of that, but I'm not sure what's wrong with that last sentence. –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 02:59, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Check out the date that Norman dissipated and then compare it to that sentance lolJason Rees (talk) 03:03, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry? –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 03:06, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I missed that one, I meant the link, but Hink fixed that. Norman dissipated on the 15th, so how can it absorb a system when it dissipates? Cyclonebiskit (talk) 03:22, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That's what the TCR says. –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 03:25, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, ok. Cyclonebiskit (talk) 03:27, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I think I got everything. :-) What's needed for B-Class? –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 03:29, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Everything looks good to me, it's B-class now :) Cyclonebiskit (talk) 03:31, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Non-breaking spaces should be added. ♬♩ Hurricanehink (talk) 03:59, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Expand the section in the main article when you create an article. Potapych (talk) 20:21, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not necessary. –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 21:12, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes it is. This article is a fork of the main article. It's existence is justified if there is too much information to put in one small section. As far as I can tell, no one even touched the section on Olivia. Potapych (talk) 23:26, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Correct, I did not touch Olivia's section, as there is no need. Why would the section need to be expanded? If anything, it should be shortened. –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 01:24, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No it doesn't. It's only four short sentences with no references. It should be a developed summary. Potapych (talk) 02:06, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm delisting this article from GA status, since I no longer believe it meets notability criteria. I was the original author of the article. –Juliancolton | Talk 15:13, 8 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
