Despite my inclusionist bias, I'm not sure this TC meets even minimum notability standards. I think the MH can be easily condensed without losing any crucial information. –Juliancolton | Talk 18:05, 10 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Although I usually not like to do this, I am going to have to say merge, because if Tropical Storm Josephine was merged, so should TD 7, as both were very short-lived tropical cyclones.--12george1 (talk) 21:00, 28 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
