I'm finding this very difficult to fault, but here goes:

Artwork and release
  • "a resemblance to latter cover" → "a resemblance to the latter cover".
    Done. AARONTALK
Composition and lyrics
  • "drivers license" → "drivers' license".
    Done. AARONTALK
Reception
  • In the "Commercial" section, there's a lot of repetition of the phrase "debuted at". How 'bout some variety?
"Debuted at" was only three times and spaced out. I changed the middle one. AARONTALK 15:56, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

References
  • All of the iTunes references – "iTunes Store (The Netherlands)", etc. should not be in italics, as iTunes is not a printed publication. Same applies to Digital Spy (ref 39), as well as the many references to Idolator (which also should not be in italics in the article body as well).
  • MTV News isn't a printed publication, so also shouldn't be in italics. Also, in ref 16 Viacom is in brackets, whereas all of the other MTV ref do not have it in brackets. Be consistent.
  • Watch out for over-linking in some refs – for example, see refs 13 and 54, or refs 40 and 62, or refs 8, 30 and 52, where you've linked the same things twice. Same goes for the many Billboard, Slant Magazine (which appears to be in italics in ref 42 when it shouldn't) Prometheus Global Media links.
  • Ref 3 – "Durpi" → "Dupri".
  • Ref 13 – should only be Daily Mail.
  • You seem to have listed Ayeesha Walsh as the author of refs 15, 16 and 17 by accident.
  • The publisher of ref 17 (The Independent) should be Independent Print Limited.
  • Ref 18 – the publication date should be August 6, 2012.
  • Ref 28 doesn't appear to have its full title listed: "New Music: Mariah Carey f/...", etc. Also "Devin lazerine" → "Devin Lazerine".
  • Check all of the Rap-Up references: it should have Devin Lazerine listed as its publisher (see previous comment).
  • Ref 31 has Rolling Stone's publisher listed as Wenner Media outside brackets, but ref 38 has it listed as Jann Wenner inside brackets. Be consistent (and watch for over-linking again).
  • Ref 52 was written by Rob Shuter.
  • Ref 60 doesn't have the its full title, or its author.
  • Ref 81 is bare (although I suspect you didn't add that one yourself).
    Done all. AARONTALK 15:56, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If these things are fixed, I will be happy to pass the article. I Am RufusConversation is a beautiful thing. 09:29, 29 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I think I got everything. AARONTALK 15:56, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Looking much better ref-wise. Just a final few things spotted on a further run-through:

  • Refs 2 and 9 were written by John Mitchell.
  • Ref 16 was written by Meredith Goldberg-Morse.
  • Refs 2, 9 and 16 – MTV News should not be in italics.
  • Ref 2 should be the one with MTV News linked, as it is the first MTV News source in the list. Similarly, ref 20 should be the only ref containing iTunes links, as it is the first iTunes ref in the list.
  • Ref 36 does not have the publisher listed.
  • Ref 41 doesn't appear to have its full title written.
  • Ref 59 – Daily Mail links should not be in place, as they have already appeared earlier in the list.
  • Ref 62 – Buzz Media appears to be written as "Buzzmedia" instead – it has also been incorrectly linked.
  • Ref 80 needs an en-dash.
  • Ref 81 – still in italics.

I fear I may have lied with my statement before. Oh well – that should genuinely be all that's needed. I Am RufusConversation is a beautiful thing. 16:46, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The refs look fine now, so I will happily pass this. Good job, as always. I Am RufusConversation is a beautiful thing. 17:53, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
