I'm confused- in this condition, is there a RV or not? Initially the paragraph says that there may or may not be, but then later in the paragraph it says "since there is not RV" and then in the next paragraph it says that there's always a VSD (ie, a hole between the LV and RV) implying that there is always a RV. I think this article needs a few sentences that start with "If there RV is absent entirely, then...." "In a case where there is an RV and just the valve is missing, then..."
