Terrible sentence
This sentence is terrible:
- Their first produced film in 1984 was intended to be The Natural starring Robert Redford, but their first released film, Where the Boys Are '84 was the 1984 remake of the 1960 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer picture, Where the Boys Are that was co-distributed on behalf of ITC Entertainment after Universal rejected it, the film was a commercial flop.
First off, producing a film is not the same as distributing it. The Natural was their first produced film, so "intended to be" is redundant and misleading. Second, the sentence is a monstrous run-on. @King Shadeed: why did you undo this revision:
- TriStar's first produced film was The Natural starring Robert Redford in 1984. Just before this it distributed the flop Where the Boys Are '84 for producer ITC Entertainment, after Universal rejected it.

- The way how YOU had it was jacked up. And I don't know why you said "First off, producing a film is not the same as distributing it". If it SAID that The Natural was their first produced film, then it's their first PRODUCED film. Where the Boys Are '84 was their first RELEASED film. Just replace some of those commas with semi-colons if you wanna make it much better. King Shadeed 19:57, August 28, 2015 (UTC)
