Notability tag added November 2021

[edit]

The subject of this article is an influential LGBTQ academic. His writing and work is widely cited and has received significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject. I suggest the template be removed. Dharmabum (talk) 07:29, 7 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Dharmabum COI

[edit]

It appears that both the creation and broad edits of this page consist almost solely of a user Dharmabum, which brought into question the validity of this page. All evidence seems to point to Dharmabum either being the subject of the article and primary editor or a close family contact. All edits for Dharmabum either relate to this page of a minor BLP or of articles relating to this page. Any conflict of interest must be stated and verified on this talk page in order to better adhere to Wikipedia's neutrality as an encyclopedia on the internet. Most articles are largely written by a single editor. You need more evidence than "wrote an article about someone who is alive" if you want to accuse an editor of a COI. -- asilvering (talk) 07:01, 24 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
